Meeting people online [on our TRIBE platform] and offline [in unconventional places] are the most effective focus groups. Insights occur when people feel comfortable; for this reason we believe it’s important to approach them in a natural way. 

We don’t like to rely on third parties so we have created the TRIBE.

The TRIBE is a fast growing consumer database where we gather all the useful information for productive research. The TRIBE also allows us to keep in touch with people and get important data that we use to be effective and well targeted in our promo campaigns.  

Through the TRIBE we continuously give our audience relevant content, which brings us closer to them. We eventually get to know and interact with them, which enables us to recruit the best brand ambassadors for our offline one-to-one consumer interactions.
